I had a generous-sized standard cabin with an outstanding view of the sea. An electric kettle, a microwave oven, and television were great! Had great location on top of the hill. The staff were superfriendly and very pleasant yet not intrusive.

Good facilaties and helpful staff

Stayed in a well-equipped room that was need updated the bathroom in particular. Location: the hotel was just off New Zealand, township and the beachfront. Plus, Crab Farm Winery was within easy reach.

The parking is good here, which is a bonus. the staff really care about guests and the room has a modern vibe with all the essentials you need. And there's a wide range of tasty breakfast options to choose from every morning 🍳.

Quiet, peaceful, near the sea.

Appreciated the free wifi but it was frustratingly slow so that the computer froze on many occasions

the location was marvelous, overlooking the ocean. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Grey Street bus stop. 3. Appreciated my spotless and updated room, it had an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and television. 4. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. 5. There was a bathtub.

We stayed in a cabin with a lovely ocean view. It was well equipped, clean and had a lovely outdoor area. Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I left some jewellery in the cabin when we departed and didn't notice until we were miles away. I was upset as it has sentimental value. When I went to phone the park, the staff had already left me a phone message. They we so obliging and have arranged to sent the jewellery to my home - wonderful service.
